And the Winner is.....

Nicki Salcedo!!!!

Woohoooooo!!!! Fellow PF&HT author Nicki Salcedo was (just hours ago) announced as the winner of the Georgia Romance Writers Maggie Award recipient for the 2009 Unpublished Single Title category.

This is a much deserved award to an awesome writing sister and a person who has given a lot of her free time to our organization.

Major congratulations, Nicki.

You guys are awesome. This blog has really pushed my writing. Now here's the real test. See if you can find my story "Maize" for the October scavenger hunt. Follow the pumpkins... :)

Congratulations, Nicki. Now send out that beautiful story with its delightfully ambiguous title! : ) And send some of your non-Hilton smelling aura my way.

Sally, title is the opposite of ambiguous. It is a scent, a tree, and a longing. 1 hour shower tonight to wipe the rest of the hotel smell off of me.

Thanks everyone for the kind words! PFHT are so much to blame for all of this.
